Personal Retreats

Jennie Bayliss Life Coach HealerI offer two different kinds retreats. All of them are one-to-one. My 2-4 day Revive Retreats are a mixture of time spent with me and time alone for you to reflect, relax and chill. I also offer a 6-day Recovery Retreat whereby my time from 7 am to 6 pm is completely dedicated to you. This longer retreat is ideal if you are at a crisis point in your life, are massively stressed and/or feel the need for some deep recuperation.

No matter which retreat you decide to take, know there is not a set formula: rather I am open to what occurs when you get here, following your lead and allowing my intuition to guide me. Usually your personal retreat will include some Life Coaching and/or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). If appropriate it may also include Emapthic Healing, a process I call Forgiveness Circles and possibly Life Skills Teachings. The 6-day Recovery Retreat also includes a visit to a local spa and time with other therapists and healers. There is also an opportunity to go for early morning walks and do some meditationwith me too.

Home from home
The Jasmine House is my home and yours too during your stay. Make yourself at home! Make a cup of tea, or a snack or even a meal. Relax in the lounge, sit in the garden or watch the sunset on the roof terrace.

Can I bring my partner or friend?
If you wish, you can come on a 2–4 day personal retreat with your partner, spouse or friend. In these cases, your partner/friend can simply be here for you or take part in the retreat either by sharing sessions (useful for couples in crisis) or dividing the number of sessions you have booked between the two of you. I have two guest rooms for you to choose from: a double and a twin. For Recovery Retreats, this is not usually appropriate.

Sky RoomDuring your stay we will spend much of our time in this room – the Sky Room on the 4th floor of the house. There are amazing views from the sky room over Chesil Beach.

For most people the time to come is when you need to come. These photos are views of Chesil Beach in Winter and Summer. When the sun shines down here, Portland is truly beautiful, but then the sea is wild and the wind blows there is a raw energy that touches your soul too.

The house is open all year round apart from the last 2 weeks in August and from mid December to mid January. Please check my availability calendar to see what dates are free.
