Emotional healing is a way of helping you feel better—about yourself and about what has happened to you. Let me share with you how emotional healing works during your personal retreat or couples retreat.
As a healer, I don’t do the healing—you do. I know that may sound strange, but my role is to facilitate the healing process to help you find what is already within you and bring it out, so you can let go, forgive and be at peace with what has happened or what has been occurring for you.
Healing is also about rediscovering who you are—who you really are. Learning to see yourself through new eyes, accepting who you are and being able to let go of your mask. It’s about knowing you are worthy and loveable just as you are. Whilst you are on a personal retreat, I will help you take giant steps forward—yet it is also know that healing is a journey and there may be more for you to do at a later stage.
I am a empathic healer which means I feel the emotions of others. I am highly intuitive too–so I often get a sense what is going on beneath the surface before it is spoken about. These are not mystical abilities—everyone has empathic and intuitive gifts, mine are simply highly tuned-in.
Using my intuitive and empathic gifts I am able to feel and sense where your unease lies which help me choose which tool, technique or method will the best one(s) to help you. I don’t use a specific formula with anyone because you are unique. However, most retreats include some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as well as Life Coaching.
The healing process is different for everyone, yet when people complete their retreat, most tell me they are feeling lighter or happier. Although this sounds vague, it’s more about not having words that suitably describe the feelings that people feel after the healing has taken place. Everyone who goes through a deep healing session feels these feelings of ‘better’ at a very deep level.
Although intuition, empathic abilities and emotional healing are often difficult to prove scientifically, Quantum Physics is beginning to provide the link of what has been ‘known’ by ancient healers as far back as 5,000 years and what scientists and doctors ‘know’ today.
